I am a writer/composer of ambient instrumental music with a focus on supporting wellness.

I am very much inspired by the beauty of nature that surrounds me here in Surrey, UK. My music, assisted by
authentic wildlife voices and effects, reconnect the listener with nature.

Many with whom I have already shared my music have reported significant improvements with sleep,
an easing of anxiety, as well as finding it easier to relax and switch off unnecessary mind chatter.

During the extraordinary times we find ourselves in, I decided I wanted to help as many people as possible
through this phase by sharing more of my music.

It is obvious to all the tremendous pressures that face every member of staff within the NHS. My greatest wish
has been to be able to extend the music I share to as many staff members as I possibly could within the NHS . 

In doing so I hope to be able to offer a measure of wellbeing support through my music through sharing
five long running tracks (1 hour overall) -  as free MP3 downloads.

I've carefully chosen five tracks to support what I believe are five  important fundamentals of wellness.
